Fencing Contract 7 Sisters Park
Approved Contractor

Removal of old stock fencing and 350 metres of supply and installation of new stock fencing and an oak stile.

Although in a magical setting it had its challenges as the SDNP didn’t want to put in place a road closure which meant that all of the works was to be carried out off a very steep embankment peppered with old Badger sets.

Access to the embankment was also quite a treck from the trucks but all works were completed within budget.

From sourcing the Chestnut posts which had to be harvested from within the National Parks area to installing the posts without heavy plant or post mix our team got stuck in and completed the works in time.

Stenball Group

Japanese Knotweed removal
Approved Contractor

We were brought in to treat and remove a considerable amount of Japanese Knotweed including its root system in the rear garden of a popular pub that also lined Networks rail busiest line.

The Risk assessments and method statements were considerable with a lot of hoops to jump through to coordinate a safe and timely plan of works.

We managed to get on site a week earlier at their late request and so all works were completed and carried out ahead of time and within budget to a high level.

Sensitive site to work on due to the nature of the companies work. This meant we could only work weekends with very high security at all times to access each part of the site.

We also constructed and maintained various landscape projects including management of the grounds care on 10 estates. Their property portfolio is vast and requires discretion at all times.

Result

All works were carried out on time and within budget and the contract continued until all works went in-house.
