Who we are
One Landscapes was founded by Managing Director Jonathan Ellman-Brown, who began his career as a fully qualified tree surgeon over 30 years ago. Today, Jon leads a highly skilled team of qualified landscapers and tree specialists delivering professional landscaping and tree surgery services to both commercial clients and residential customers across Sussex.
Our portfolio includes work for respected organisations such as the South Downs National Park, alongside domestic garden landscaping and tree care for private households throughout the region.
Local knowledge plays a vital role in the success of landscaping and tree management. Soil conditions vary significantly across Sussex, from the clay-based soils of Steyning, to the chalky, sandy, and acidic ground found in Storrington, and the shingle-based coastal soils of areas such as Shoreham-by-Sea and Worthing. Understanding these variations allows us to select the right plants and trees for each location, ensuring long-term health and sustainability.
